Is Innovation Ridge a pet-friendly community?

Is parking available for residents and guests at Innovation Ridge?
Onsite parking is available. Residents who have an automobile registered with the University will be issued one parking decal at no additional cost. A second parking decal can be issued for a monthly charge. Short-Term Guest Parking Passes can be obtained at no cost.
What utilities are residents responsible for at Innovation Ridge?
Typically, residents at Innovation Ridge are responsible for common utilities, e.g., electricity, water/sewer, and internet. Utillities are billed separately; please confirm specifics with our leasing staff.
How do I apply for an apartment?

The process involves filling out the application, a credit and background check, and submitting proof of University Employement and income.
What are the typical upfront costs and fees before moving in?
Before you move in, you can expect to pay an application fee of $250. All fees and rent charges are outlined in detail during the application process.
Is renters insurance required for all residents?
Yes, for the protection of all our residents, we require a renters insurance policy with a minimum of $100,000 in liability coverage. You must provide proof of insurance before you move in.
What is the pet policy here?
We are a pet-friendly community and welcome your furry family members! We do not have a number limit or weight requirement for pets. There is a one-time pet fee of $250 and a monthly pet rent of $25.
